Problem opening Leapfrog projects

Hi, I have a problem opening Leapfrog viewers, either with the new Feb 2026 release or the previous 2025.2 version I have installed. My Seequent profile has me as logged in, but the program just hangs and I have to force a closure, as nothing happens.

Any suggestions on what to do? Thanks

    Hey @MurrayBrooker updating to the latest version might resolve this issue..

    No it didn't. I already had the latest version installed and used that to try and open a viewer project, but it just hung up and froze, lithe the 2025.2 version. On the Sequent web browser it says I am signed in, so that shouldn't be the issue.. Tks

    Hi @MurrayBrooker

    Doing some investigating, it looks like you may already have a Viewer seat checked out from a couple of weeks ago. I have released this one. Could you try accessing Viewer again?

    Hi Annabel. I've tried again with both the 2026.1 and the 2025.2 program versions, but the program is still hanging up and won't open any number of scenes. Before I tried I checked to see that I was signed in, so not sure what the problem is here, but is the same for different viewer files. Other thoughts? Thanks, Murray

    If you email us at support@seequent.com we can arrange a screenshare to see what is going on and try to diagnose where the issue may be.
