LMS access denied error

Hello,

I keep getting an "access denied" error and could not continue the learning course in LMS. I cannot quit the course and also I cannot resume the course and stuck in the middle of the courses. Can you please give me an work around for it?

    Hi Amarjargal, a fix has been added that should resolve this issue. If you continue to experience the AccessDenied error, please copy the URL on the page where the error is encountered and email it to me (hannah.warkentin@seequent.com), so that I can report it to the platform team to investigate. That URL should look like this example one and include an enrollment and page ID: https://lms.seequentlearning.com/enrollments/301968186/page/1132482366

    Hello - I am also getting this error on multiple modules. For example, both Leapfrog Geo Fundamentals 2 of 6 and 3 of 6 are returning this error and not letting me access them.

  • Hi Hannah, For now I do not have any modules that is giving an error (the issues are fixed). If I encounter this kind of error again, I will post it here.
