Oasis Montaj crashes after splash screen

So I have a user that I installed Oasis on their computer. It worked fine right up until they had to reboot. Once they reboot, Oasis will start up, show the splash screen, it goes away, and then nothing. Seequent says it is connected, BUT if I uninstall Seequent and reinstall it, Oasis works again….up until the next time the user has to reboot. I see absolutely nothing in event viewer, and there is no error message that is displayed. Is there something I should be looking at?

Once my user gets on I'll take a screenshot, but I don't think it'll show much, just that the license manager is online and connected, the splash screen, then nothing.

Hi @PatrickCrouch Have you emailed support@seequent.com yet with this issue? We would need some more details to really be able to help you. Most importantly, what version are you working with? Is this happening when you install the latest version 2025.1?
