Hi, I am trying to download a new Developer toolkit to work with C#, but links are disabled!

I am logged in to my account, but none of the download links on the toolkit page are enabled:

That's not quite what I needed as that is for C/C++, but the link is exactly what I needed as that got me to the dotNet pages!

Odd that the links on the mySeequent page don't just take you to the relevant github page.
