".geosoft_voxel" File Format?

I would like to write the output of my software in “*.geosoft_voxel” format (ASCII). I was wondering if the "geosoft_voxel" file format is explained somewhere. Thanks very much in advance for the help,

    We do not supply the format specifications for any of the Geosoft documents (which are generally binary formats). We encourage you to take advantage of the GX Developer APIs for reading and writing any of these formats.
