Partially empty model

HI!
I ve got a problem with distance function…
As you can see on a screenshot below:

The middle part is partially empty… Others were create in the same way, and they are looking fine.
Do you have any ideas what cause this kind of problem?

    Ehhh…
    I changed boundary limits a little bit and it working just fine…
    I think its a bug…
