Google accounts can't be used to log in in China.
Due to the inability to use Google accounts normally in China, I encounter many difficulties in using it for middle school geography teaching, and promoting it is also extremely troublesome. Could the technical team provide more login options, such as Microsoft accounts or Apple IDs, etc.?

Hi Jinxianhuang,
Thank you for reaching out again, and thank you for your dedication to using Visible Geology in your middle school geography classes!
To be completely transparent, our transition to Google-only authentication was a company-wide decision made to ensure the platform’s security and long-term sustainability. At this time, we are unable to support alternative login methods such as Microsoft accounts or Apple IDs.
Here is what this means for your classroom moving forward:- Core modules (Geology explorer, stereonet, apparent dip) remain available: You and your students can still freely access and use all the 3D geology modules without logging in at all.
- Account features are unavailable: Since Google services are restricted in China, features that require an account, such as saving work, groups, and assignments, cannot be used.
I have formally shared your request for alternate login methods with our product and development teams so they understand the impact this change has on educators in China.
We truly appreciate your support and your passion for Visible Geology.Eli
