How do I manage the Pinch Outs points that do not show as pinch out segments and hence not editable?

In this case, I have a footwall pinch-out point that is pulling the wireframe footwall surface up, resulting in volume loss.

Have you tried experimenting with the pinch-out settings when you double-click on pinch-outs?

Load up the segments, and ignore the bottom one ( meaning exclude it) , then tit will be sorted.
