    Comments. Comments comments comments, all with the initials of the person who loaded the data, or are leaving advice! Also good, clean organisation structure, potentially pulling the most critical information out into a 'relevant' sub folder, or creating a saved scene with all the relevant info and items loaded, so that they can be quickly found again by somebody trying to use the project.
