Multiple deviation holes

I work in terrains where the diamond drill holes often have complex trajectories that can't be captured by the simple planning. While I appreciate having the multiple deviation planning tool, it seems to me difficult to use if you are attempting to incorporate past drilling data. In particular, I think that converting an existing hole into a multiple deviation would be very useful, as we often use previous drilling as a template for deviation. Currently you can add survey data to a multiple deviation planned hole, but any AS data you import cannot be adjusted and will not be exported. Does anyone have any work arounds for turning holes into multiple deviation holes?
