Why is the "File Import" option greyed out in the file menu?

I want to import my dwg to create regions in GeoStudio, but the software is not giving me the option to import

    Hi Issac, Are you using the 2D geometry option?

    Hi @IsaacFuhr, can you tell me what version of GeoStudio you're using, what product within GeoStudio you're using, and post a screenshot of what you're seeing?
