Is it possible to export cross section traces as shapefiles or polylines?

Looking for a way to view my serial cross section trace lines in a program like ArcGIS Pro or QGIS without having to georeference a plan map and manually add them.

Update: was able to choose an object to evaluate section lines against (in my case a resource model), and export the serial sections as a .dwg or .dxf file. I was easily able to add this file to a 2D plan map in ARcGIS Pro. Only issue is that my section lines came in as a thousand tiny line segments and I didn't get the full extent of my defined serial sections.
I was able to use a tool in ArcGIS to merge the lines, and I had to manually add my cross section #'s/labels…
Hoping to have a simpler workflow in the future0 -
Copy the location coordinates into an XLSX file, import them into ArcGIS, QGIS, AutoCAD, Surpac, Minex, Vulcan etc., and load them as points. In all these software, there is an option to connect the points into lines. Then, simply drape the lines onto the topography, which can be a TIN, DEM, DTM, or similar surface

And also, you can right-click on a section in Sections, Plans, Contours → Export → Select the topography displayed on your profile (if it’s not there, add it temporarily) → From the dropdown list, choose DXF as the format → Specify the location on your computer where you want to save it by clicking on the Folder icon.
Note: You need to do this profile by profile, which is a bit tedious and slow, but it allows you to obtain profile lines in DXF format.
