Seequent Connector installation error

Hi All

Amm trying to install Seequent Connector but am getting the attached error. I can neither install Geosoft Viewer. Anyone know what could be the problem?

    Thank you so much for your interest in using Oasis montaj and sorry if you're experiencing this issue. Please try below instruction:

    Exit Seequent Connector, uninstall it, purge remnant files in user directory C:\Users(name)\AppData\Local\Geosoft\Geosoft Connect Settings AND C:\Users(name)\AppData\Local\Geosoft_Inc\Geosoft Connect, launch Oasis montaj, and force Seequent Connector to install again.
