Seequent login browser dont open when start Leapfrog

Hello guys, I need some help here; I cant open a new tab/browser to login when open my leapfrog. Tried with Opera Browser and Chrome. Some tips?

    Hello,
    kindly check your Proxy server settings, Open the Settings window, under Network. Usually I have it as 'Autodetect proxy server' but some companies may require using specific settings which should be entered using the 'manual configure proxy server' option.



    Once done, click on "Test web services" and "Start test", all four (4) categories(webpages, subscription, reporting and Products) should Pass. 


    You may have to restart your computer for it to take effect.
