numeric data offset

How do I offset my downhole numeric data bar graph outwards from the drillhole trace line? I can do it on scene view by clicking on graphs but on section layout view I can't. Can you help?

    Hi   
    Under the section layout, You can select the drillhole then the options, then the labels tab then select the offset like in the image below:
