Design of material layer and polylines issues

Hi,
I've got some issues to set up material properties to the different layers.
All the pink area is divided between 4 different types of materials and I don't achieve to set up the different types. As well, the file came from dxf and Temp/W don't want to download the file when I use circular lines (converted in polylines) ; so I must design circular shape in polylines directly as you could see it on the picture.
