Drillhole traces intersecting faults

Hey all, I'm new to Leapfrog Works and wondering if there is a way to easily summarize or identify which boreholes intersect a particular fault (or mesh).

I have not tried this on open mesh but here is how I do this with solids:

Create Geologic model > Assign base lithology to "none" > create a lithology (named Fualt, or something) > Create deposit or erosion surface from the mesh > activate the mesh in surface chronology.

Drillholes > New Evaluation > Choose your geologic model --- this creates a new table that flags the geologic model onto the drilling.

You may also repeat this but create a "fault system" but I don't have a lot of experience working with faulted geologic models.
