Forward Modeling with UXO land option

Hi,
I am new user of Oasis Montaj. I was trying to make a forward modelling for magnetic survey for one UXO target.
Once I filled up all the required parameter for one target, I tried running it. It gave me a error "enter all the required fields". I am unbale to understand what is wrong her. Could anyone help me on that?
