Problem install Oasis onto windows 10 machine, Geosoft connect says "Not logged in"

Hi,
We are having problems installing Oasis montaj onto a windows 10 machine. When we start the install "Geosoft connect" pops up say we are "Not logged in" and window pops up saying we need to sign in but the connect window disappears and has no effect if we right click on it, so there is no way to login into Geosoft connect. We have tried uninstalling and rerunning but can find no way to be able to login to Geosoft connect to allow the installation to work properly. Has anyone had this problem or have any advice as to how to get it to work?
