exporting a grid

in Oasis montaj
I'm processing mag data in montaj and I'm looking to export the total field and analytic signal grid as the three following formats: .FLT (ArcView Binary Raster grid), .ASC, and floating point geotiff.
Any ideas on how to do this? I don't see any of these options in the software.

    Options
    FLT files are supported: use Grid and Image->Copy/Convert, and for the output file dialog use the Save as Type selection tool to select 'ArcView Binary Raster Grid (*.FLT)'. I don't believe ASC or floating point TIFFs are supported. I usually use gdal_translate for those types of conversions, but you have to find a suitable intermediate file since GDAL doesn't support Geosoft GRD files.
