Generate 3D coordinates

I want to ask you, can i generate 3d coordinates in a plan map with target arcgis ?

For example. I have inteval date of au of collar, and i want to show these point on a map with x,y coordinates.

i.e I can get coordinates sample of collar

But i want to ask you ? When i create point of my interval data my data subtraction, but i don't know why

For example 2.5 subtract to 2. Notice i used in the plot type Post value.

How can i do that my valut not subtraction ?
