I have a numerical model that i'm trying to imprint on a point cloud file using the evaluated column function. This appears to be very accurate with the geologic models in my project, but very inaccurate with the numerical model. Is this a resolution issue within the numerical model or another trick i can use to increase…
Hello there, I am currently learning Leapfrog Geo and I have a few questions about geological modeling that I hope the community can help me with. Could someone walk me through the typical workflow for geological modeling in Leapfrog Geo? I am particularly interested in how to start with raw data and progress through to a…
I tried to import a .dxf file of a mining pit to Leapfrog however upon import, it is not closed and non-manifold. Errors contain the following: Was wondering if this error can be fixed in leapfrog or must be fixed in Civil 3D or other software.
HOW CAN I GEOREFERENCE GEOPHYSICAL DATA GRIDS 2D WITH SO-NE ORIENTATION IN LEAPFROG GEO?
snapping points
I only want to see the original mesh, not a smoothed and altered version. It'd be nice to not have to immediately turn it off with every new mesh import. If Leapfrog has a reason for why it smooths faces initially I would like to hear it.
Hello all, new user here. Is there a way to have two different cross-sections on the same layout? The only manner that I can find is to export a section, capture an image of it, then import the section as an image. This however means that getting the legend accurate would be difficult if different units or structures are…
how to build this model
Can the files in Leapfrog viewer be exported into .dxf or .csv or directly into leapfrog geo? Thanks!
Hi! I have a .csv file of geophysical points data (x,y,z, resistivity), each file has 15 million rows. I was trying to make a numerical model but it takes a long time. What other option would help me to process this information in a more efficient way. PS1: my computer has 128 gb RAM memory. PS2: Before the information was…
