Creating a classic strike-dip symbol in Plan View Layout

Hi everyone, I am making some plan view layouts with structural data (basically making a map) but I cannot find a way to add the classical strike and dip symbols. I have the structural data plotted, but only as single lines with no indication of the dip direction. Is there a way to do this? Many thanks

Emily,
I am currently using a temporary method to replace the hatch patterns with color. I’ve used the "Render Image" feature to generate an image and imported it into the Plane View. This allows the area to be visualized using color instead of hatch lines. I hope this is helpful. At the moment, applying hatching directly in Leapfrog is not possible.
I'm not sure if the dip and dip direction you're looking for are actually shown in the Plane View.

@PhamVietThai Thanks for your reply! I'm not sure if the hatching approach is useful to me. But how did you add those blue and pink symbols along your fault trace?

If you already have a fault line:
- In the Structural Modeling Foder, select New Structural Data Point ( https://help.seequent.com/Geo/2024.1/en-GB/Content/structural-data/structural-data.htm#new-structural-data )
2. In the Plane View, navigate to the Structural Data folder, add a new Structural Data item, and configure it as shown in the image below.
I hope this information is helpful for your work!😊
