Is it possible to filter lithology data from a drill hole by an intrusion mesh?

I'd like to visualize only the core logs within a given intrusion mesh-is this possible?

Thank you!

    Hi @BenHenderson !

Thank you very much for the question, of course, it is possible! I leave some images with workflow that you can develop,

First evaluate (evaluation column) the data from your lithology table in the model containing the intrusion surface of interest.

Once evaluated, we are going to make a filter within the same lithology table (drillings), with the following characteristics.

At this point we select the surface (within the model) that we want to use as boundary for the filter.

It is now ready to be used,

If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact us,

    Thank you! Greetings!

There is another simpler way to do this. Leapfrog now has the ability to create a volume filter on the collar table. Any filter that exists on the collar table can be used to filter any other table related to the collar table.

Simply right click on the collar table, choose New Volume filter and then choose either a boundary or an existing volume to use to filter the drilling. Then rename and click OK.

You can apply the filter by clicking on the drillhole table in the shape list and then clicking on the Query filter drop down in the properties panel.
