Polyline Attributes: modifying, and using for Vein FW/HW
I’m trying to use polylines that were sent to me to adjust some faults which have been modelled with the vein tool. There are a number of files which each contain polylines meant to adjust several faults. To make this easy, I’d like to use category selection to assign which polyline belongs to which fault and on those…

Creating a single vein from different drillhole datasets
Hello. I've created a vein from a base lithology in a drillhole dataset (green). I had to manually add a number of historic drillholes as a different drillhole dataset, but want to combine a unit from these drillholes to the vein. Is there a way to make a vein based on 2 different base lithologies from different datasets?…

Vein orientation error
Hello, I am being unable to process a vein because it doesnt let me flip orientation even though the hangingwall and footwall lines are correct. So I have 1 line of hangingwall as a gis object (on surface) and one for the footwall, but when I try to create a new vein in surface chronology it dips to the oposit direction,…

Is it possible to have a vein layer as top layer?
I've developed a Leapfrog model to analyze the stability of a tailings dam. The model represents two top green layers as tailings, which have been modeled as vein. The underlying purple layer is sediments, modeled as a deposit. In the model, the tailings (modeled as vein) are expected to form the top layer. However, the…

How to remove the effects of underlying layer from the vein layer?
I've developed a Leapfrog model to analyze the stability of a tailings dam. The model represents two top green layers as tailings, which have been modeled as vein. The underlying purple layer consists of coarse-grained sediments, modeled as a deposit. In the model, the tailings (modeled as vein) are expected to form the…

Empty pinch out in vein model
I have copied a vein model and changed the litho code. The new boundary has been created assuming it would automatically generate the vein to the new area. But it is not happening and I notice that the pinch outs is empty and seems to be generating vein some place else.

Veins: Pinch Out Error
For some reason when I create a vein contact for a lithology one of the borehole intervals containing the lithology doesn't recognise it and 'pinches out' that interval. I have manually excluded that pinch, but the HW and FW don't recognise the midpoints, segments, and reference surface. Therefore, the vein doesn't compass…
