Geosoft montaj plugin not showing up in Arcmap

Well, I've been at this for hours. Tried reinstalling both Seequent and Arcmap, no matter what I do, the plugin will not show up in my Arcmap. Frustrating because my co-workers have it and use it with no problem. We are at a complete loss as to why its not showing up.

Have you tried to right click on the tool bar and check the Geosoft plugin?
