I'm trying to re-install new Viewr version. Can't proceed. I'm asked to sign in to Seequent (it looks that I'm in already).?? Can't do anything.

    I'm a newbie.. I'm trying to install the new version of the Geosoft Viewer but the installation keep failing. I have followed as instructions and still no progress. What could be the problem?
